C drive out of space but D drive is on another disk

Went to use the EaseUS partition manager but since my C and D drives are on different discs, they said no "gifting" of space could be done. I've already cleaned out all the crap and moved my documents and such. Really only windows stuff and intell/nvidia stuff left on it.

Solution
uninstall all the programs you can, reinstall to the D Drive, use Disk Cleanup to cleanup System files, move PST files if you use Outlook to D Drive.
Do you have the swapfile on the D: ? Have you tuned back the restore point storage ? Have you run disk cleanup and checked the "Cleanup system files" ?

I did that on my 120GB SSD and it freed up 10GB of space that was used by redundant windows patches.

Otherwise you just have to buy a larger disk.
