I havings 1TB hard drive on computer with C partition and D data partition. C too small running out of space. Disk have lot of unused space.

I goings to partition manager and extend volume gray. I no can click on it.

What wrong?

Solution
backup D drive. Delete the d drive, Then extend the C drive(leaving enough space for the D drive. Then re-add the D drive and restore it from the backup.

OK. I do another backup and try program.

Free space on the other side. It have recovery 14.18gb, Win7C 372.60, Data D 193.49 and then 351.23 free space.

Before all I wantinged was shrink D a little and give to C little mores. Instead it shrink D lots and put free space on wrong side and too much.

I is back. Had to go get haircut and store and let copying run while I wented away.

I copied D data to backup externul drive, deleted old D, extinded C it finally working!, remade D data and move data back. Wipe out wrong data on externul hard drive. It take long time but it work.

Only one question left. It makinged 95.83g unallocated. Why that? Is this good or bad thing. It between C and D. If space empty maybe that not good place for it.

I is thanking many peoples for good ideas.
