[SOLVED] (C:) Drive permissions might have deleted one. PICS

Basically to make it quick and simple. I would like to know if my properties in my Drive look normal I think I might have removed something or modified it in some way. By default is this how it looks?

you don't have any access to C.

What did you do? Cause only likely answer is a reinstall

I am trying to copy exactly what you have in there to fix mine. But I am not sure which basic permissions you have checked I will post pics to show you what's checked on mine and you can compare to see if I have it all checked correctly.

Authenticated users - mine doesn't include Modify as an option
Users - is the same as yours
Admin - same as yours.
