C drive storage showing full all of sudden.

'C' drive storage shows full all of sudden, there was 19 gb free space, now it shows only 4 gb.
Here is the chkdsk info

Not sure what the chkdsk info will show here. Did you check the drive for files you don't need and delete them? If you have file errors, did you select it to fix errors?

I use a program called windirstat to scan the drive and show exactly what is being used and how large the files are. It will help you look at the disk and find junk files like old downloads or movie/music files you don't need now or have moved to other storage.
