C:\ is not accessible. Access is denied.

So it started off with me not being able to rename folders. So i started messing around with permissions and accidentally deleted the permissions for drive c

I can't access the drive, if I try open anything that requires admin access the window crashes including changing the owner permission. I can't even open task manager, regedit or any other windows app.

I've tried resetting my pc (not restarting) but it comes up with an error.

Is there anything i can do? I have a second drive btw

You need to change back permissions the way they were before.
If that's not possible, then easiest way is just format all and reinstall.

Okay what I'm going to do is install windows 10 on a usb using another pc, then install that windows 10 onto my 2nd drive
