Question C:\Program Files\AMD over 100gb

so i was going through my m.2 trying to clean up some space becuase i like to have it pretty empty for the most part except for games i play alot and the os you know the normal stuff when i saw that my amd folder in programs files was 200gb not sure why and i was wondering if there is any way that i could lower that or what to do about it if there is anything i can do about it

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
