C:/ randomly created a partition. Cannot remove. Help please.

I'm not entirely sure when this happened. I just randomly noticed it this week when I received a popup notification from Win10 saying that K:/ was almost full.

I opened My Computer and there it was! I can't open it. I can't format it. It doesn't behave like any of the other drives.

Do I have a virus? Ran all my anti virus/malware softwares and haven't picked up anything. Really concerned any thoughts and comments would be much appreciated thank you.

That was created when you bought your computer. Its as it says - OEM.

Nothing to be concerned about.
Use diskpart to remove drive letter form K: drive.

Thanks @skynetrising! I have no idea how it assigned itself a drive letter but it was really frustrating. Thank you!
