C++ Runtime Error

When ever I right click on either my hard drive or my ssd. I always get this message. How do I fix this.

To me it looks like your installation of Windows is corrupt. I'd run in safe mode and see if it does it. I'd also just reinstall.

If i reinstall, will i lose all the data, photos, documents on my computer?

The newer versions of Windows (windows 10 as far as I know) allows for a reinstall that doesn't overwrite data that's not part of the operating system. You just select to not delete data when reinstalling.

If you have windows ten its in the settings window in the gear on the start menu. Then it's under backup and reset.
