I am not able to access Uninstall from control panel or programs linkes. Keep getting this type of message. Any help?

I was able to come across a solution similar to your problem but in a more extreme sense - this user was simply unable to open anything on his computer. Please refer to the following post and its suggested solution (at your own risk): http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=26646
