C1 error

I have an error code, C1, and a black screen monitor. I have tried the monitor and the video card on another computer and both work fine. I have an Abit IP35 Pro mobo with Intel Dual core processor. Without the ability to access the Internet I don't know how to repair this. Need advice.

I also used pencil eraser to rub the contacts then cleaned with 90% isopropyl alcohol. All works great. Thanks.
