C2D E7500 using only 2.4 GHz at full load instead of 2.93GHz

Guys I'm having a problem here. My C2D can only run at 2.4 GHz instead of 2.93GHz.
I have tried several CPU stress tests and the maximum clock speed is only 2.4 GHz.

Can anyone help me to fix this so that my processor can run at 2.93GHz again?

Here are my specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
4GB DDR2 RAM @ 800MHz
Western Digital 160GB HDD
Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L Motherboard
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Already mentioned above. (GA-G31M-ES2L)
And yes, it is in the CPU Support List.

Never mind, I already fixed my problem. I just have to go to BIOS settings and set the CPU Clock Multiplier to 11X. It's now running at 2.93 GHz. Thanks anyway.
