Question C5 Error on X570-e

I just build new pc, but when i press the power button, all the fan work normally, but my monitor doesn't have signal, first i tried on my vga, then onboard, but no signal, the Code on mobo is C5. I can't find any help from Internet. Please Help Thanks.

Specs:
CPU: 3900x
Mobo: Asus X570-e
Ram: HyperX Kingston HX432C18FB-16
