C5580 will not print in win7

Reinstalled Win 7 now HPC5580 AIO will not print, New drivers downloaded, diagnostic prog in both HP and Win fixit don"t help. will print diagnostic page, but nothing else. BTW Quicken will print using NE01

Thanks Brett, but that is the driver i'm using. Doesn't work any other ideas? I'm sure it's a com problem, but I can't fix it!!
