I have an HPC6180 that will not print and displays error "Ink System Failure error code oxc19ao002.
Does anyone have specific information on that particular error code number?
I have performed hard reset, and steps to clear "ink system failure" including new cartridges, clearing any trapped air inside the lines etc. but nothing has been successful up to this point. I have a gut feel that the p rint head has mal-functioned but I don't know what failure mode ie clog , pone lead,
would welcome any thoughts and comments.Thanks.
