C70 window fans

I've got a c70 with the standard side panel on it, and I can't for the life of me find how to attach fans to it. The standards screws have too small a head so don't attach as they just fall through the hole. Do I need a washer of some kind?

By the looks of the case's pics, side panel has rubber washers in the fan mounting holes where the screw can attach. If your case doesn't have those, you'll either need washers or you can go with rubber fan mounts which head would be big enough for it not to go through the hole.
