I need a CAB file with the Terminal Server Client for WinCE/PPC2002 and WM2003. Where I can find it?

On the microsoft website.
Download the client for the H/PC and start the install.
It will fail (if your device is not supported) but it will have extracted
all the files (.CABs included) under Program Files\Microsoft
Activesync\Terminal Services Client.
Grab the one you need for your CPU, probably ARM.
