I am building a custom industrial PC with i7-7700 (non OC) and ATX motherboard cooled by stock cooler or other air based coolers.

This system will be deployed in an industry where system is
1. Prone to dust
2. No air conditioning so ambient temp will be around 40 degree Celsius.

The system will be in a secured vibration free location, so its free from mechanical stress.

I am looking for a good cabinet, which has dust filters almost in all openings so that it will be easy to maintain the PC.

I found Corsair Obsidian 550D to have dust filters almost everywhere, but it is a silent case. So it does not give good ventilation. I do not need silent cabinets as industries are surely noisy.

Please suggest me a good dust filtering cabinet. The form factor and size isnt a concern as long as it could accommodate an ATX motherboard with average sized PCIE cards.

What kind of dust? Moreover, how fine will the dust be? I ask because there is very little one can do about preventing fine dust build up even with dust filters. Corsair also has two versions of their cases, look for "Airflow edition" versions for open front panel cases (with dust filter). Personally I have the corsair 750D airflow edition and the dust filters are really good at catching large particulate matter such as pet fur and carpet lint but hopeless against things like silica dust. This will mostly, if not always be the case unless it's a custom design for those types of dust.

This is a vision system with 3 cameras connected, for inspecting quality of completed wooden products. Even though its not a manufacturing plant, the completed products do have some amount of wooden saw dust, which might eventually get mixed in air and might start accumulating inside the PC.

As I have said this system is going to inspect finished wooden products. So major amount of dust will be wood saw dust. Manufacturing plants might have huge amount saw dust, but this is packaging plant so the plant will not be filled with dust and all. But the dust filters might be clogged every week. What kind of cabinet might have fine dust filters? Any idea?

The 450d has 2 140mm input fans, and 1 120mm output, it is a higher pressure inside. High pressure stops dust from entering from everywhere but the intake, no system is "dust free".

450d seems to be a great case with plenty of dust filters. However there are many reviews pointing out that the front panel locks are plastic and quite flimsy. We might be removing the front panel every week for cleaning the dust filters so I am afraid that might break.

Do you know someother case like 450D with an easily removable front panel dust filter.?

Thats actually a good idea and I am keeping it as the last option as it might be quite time taking. If I could find a readymade case it might be quite easy.
