Cable Cord Question

Is an ofc audio/video high grade cable the same as a rca to 3.5mm cable? I need the rca to 3.5mm cable to be able to use my razer chimera 5.1 on pc but I was wondering if the ofc audio/video high grade cable would also work?

OFC just means oxygen free copper is used in the cable. It doesn't mean anything else and can come in any number of types. What you need is:
