Cable management and decent airflow is my main priority. I'm not into flashy cases with RGB, and I don't overclock or use liquid cooling. I'm just looking for a basic case that allows for a nice clean build. Ideally $60 or less, but I don't know how realistic that is.
Web articles have been less than helpful, and the forums here have never let me down.

Any recommendations?

Mesh front cases provide some of the best airflow. This model from Phanteks is in your price range but you'll want to add another fan or two. Maybe you could use fans from your old case. Check CPU cooler height if you're not using stock cooler. Cable management appears to be average.
