Cable Management, Thermaltake wingo v7000

Hello guys Im building a new computer on my old case thermaltake wingo v7000, this case is old but its special to me, The problem is that the back that hold the motherboard doesnt have any holes for cable management, has soon has I receive the motherboard I will see where I need to drill some holes, my question is, if you guys know any modding website that sells the rubber covers for the holes, most of the cases come with these nowadays.

I don't know if they have the whole rubber cover, since they would have to make them custom everytime, but their U-Channel stuff would work to make your cuts look pro and protect from sharp edges.
