This is the gpu with the cable, i'm pretty sure that's the cable that controls the fan speeds... So what can i do?
If it's a audio cable that's fine cause i only use my earphones for audio.
It's fine, so the white cable going under the fan is the one for fan speed?I hope it is ok I downloaded it - but it is easier to explain with a picture and not words.

Yeah that's better thx. But the Cable that is off can i just use the gpu with no problems? The yellow and green wires connected to a white plug on the one end, and goes into a black sleeve close to the GPU fan on the other end, is the connector for the GPU fan, if that makes sense?
EDIT : I admit, I should have made a smaller circle, sorry. I'll update it. Here's a more accurate one
It's actually a Msi Gt 330 from a prebuilt the only gpu box i have is the one of a gt 710.What model graphics card is it? A MSI GT7** of somekind?
A long time ago, sometimes you'd have to connect an audio cable from the graphics card to the motherboard / sound card, in order to provide audio and video in one signal from the GPU (via an onboard GPU SPDIF passthrough).
That is one possible thing the broken cable could be for, and I suspect that it is quite likely what it is.
But if you provide the model of your GPU, it should be possible to look up.
But as far as the GPU fan is concerned, you should be fine, and the audio connector (if that is what it is) is not required to use the graphics card.
But confirming what the broken cable is for, would probably be a good idea, just in case

Alright thank you i think the case is solvedI can't find any direct link to your GPU or a similar one, which mentions the SPDIF audio passthrough cable. But you GPU is from the same time period, and the broken cable looks like the audio cable used for digital audio.
I'm fairly certain that is an audio cable for SPDIF passthrough on the GPU, but I'm not 110% sure though.
There's a desription on Nvidia's site, which explains what to look for, in order to determine if it is a SPDIF connector
You could take a look and see if it is similar to the cable and connectors on your particular GPU.
The SPDIF is only required to enable sound output through HDMI.
If you don't use that, your graphics card should work perfectly fine without the broken cable being connected.
If you want to use it, there's plenty of replacement cables available online
