Cable television on my PC

Hey,
currently i have cable TV and im thinking if i could watch TV on my PC with a PCI-E card so that i just plug in my cable to my pc and watch TV through a software of some sort.

This is the cable that runs around in my home.

So if i buy this, will i be able to watch channels from my TV service provider through my PC?:

are you using f style cable for your cable tv? that first picture didnt look like it
