Cable to run new 1080 aftermarket that won't fit in my case

I know there is a cable to run between a GPU and a PCI slot so that you can orientate the card differently. A have a shallow, tall case and to fit an aftermarket card I'll need to mod the case and use the card vertically. Can anyone help me with a link to such a cable?
