[SOLVED] Cables/adapters that will provide 144hz from DVI-D to DisplayPort ?

Hello, so I got a new gpu Nvidia RTX 3060ti. My monitor only has DVI-D and VGA jacks. 3060ti has only DP and HDMI both x2. So I was wondering what cable/adapter do I need in order to get 144hz displayed.
So I've got 2 that I was looking at, but I am not sure will they support it. Are they active or passive?

You need a good DVI-D dual link cable, adapter doesn't matter as long as it fits DVI cable.

look at an hdmi adapter since the same signal as dvi, with hdmi 2.1 should the gpu put 144hrz out.
