Calibrate Samsung SyncMaster P2450H?

how do u calibrate Samsung SyncMaster P2450H?(i got hd 5770) i just connect up the Samsung SyncMaster P2450H? but the colour are a bit off. like the white looks abit blue. and also black got patches of red brwon colour in it. help?
