Call of duty 2 error in windows 8.1

call of duty blackops 2 is not working in my pc ...I am using windows 8.1.I downloaded the game from ocean of games.I installed the game in d drive and after launching the game i am getting an error message"DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error"..Please help me in fixing this problem
