Call of duty black ops 1 lag.

My pc specs are better than recommended requirements for playing it, but i'm not able to play it lag free.

My pc specs:-

Intel core 2 duo processor 3.0 Ghz E6400.

4 GB DDR2 RAM.

Asus Strix Nvidia Gtx 960 2 GB Graphics Card.

You can use MSI afterburner and see at what percentage the cpu and gpu are. If the cpu runs at 99% then you know the processor is the 'problem' here.

I suspect you core 2 duo and ram to be the problem here(bottlenecking), since the gtx 960 will run this game just fine.
