Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 didn't run when installed in pc

i completely installed it in my pc that is achieve the requirement for this game but it didn't run at all when i want to play it

Is your game connected to steam? And if not you may need to make a steam account. Many copies of PC BO2 run through steam. If you have this stuff then try running it in safe mode or on an account with admin privileges.

I have the same problem, except that i can play in single player but not zombie mod or multiplayer, although they were working fine before but now i can't seem to run them, they are displayed in the task manager but use only 5-6 mb and won't start

re install the game and steam uninstall then restart then weigh, an hour, or 2, then install it again i hope this helps
