Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Zombies Splitscreen

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking of building my own PC, and playing the Call of Duty series. I have two monitors ready to setup, once I have built my PC. If I were to play split-screen on my PC, could I split it so that one person's screen is on one monitor; and likewise for the other person? I'd appreciate any answers to my question.
