[SOLVED] Call of duty CPU Overclocking Issue

I am having the same issue I have a I7 10700k and a MSI Z490 gaming edge motherboard. All other games work great with my 5.2ghz over clock. When ever I hop on cod it lowers my frequency to 4.8ghz. I have tried changing my AVX instructions to -2, -1, and 0. Nothing works. Has anyone found a solution??!?!?!

I can run cinebench on repeat with 0 stability issues. No other game gives me this issue.

SOLVED! The issue had nothing to do with any of my hardware. It was MSI Dragon software down clocking the cpu in game mode. Turned off game mode and everything is working as designed in the BIOS.
