Solution
I agree no game should need 4gb unless its something like crysis 3, an mmo or battlefield 64 player map. Cod ghosts is poorly made on the PC and that's why the initial requirement of 6gb was given. Instead of spending time making the game optimized they just set higher requirements for the hardware so you end up with an ugly, low frames per second experience. There's nothing really that you can do except get more ram. Also I don't see how you even run windows 8 smoothly with 2gb. I mean surely you multitask a little and that would bog down the ram quickly resulting in having to reload programs and web pages. Even 2gb is low for most people using Chrome OS and that takes nothing to run it...

Just one last piece of advice: if you plan to...
steam is a game client, they have really good sales and support for alot of things as well as some really good free to play games you should check it out....but with your problem do you have a 64bit version of windows and 8gb of ram? if not it is causing people to crash, it is part of the minimal requirements

I don't have steam .I've got windows 8pro
64 bit and 2gb of RAM .don't tell ram is the problem because I've played battlefield 3 with this. And also I've got the official patch to run the COD game for below 6gb of RAM.

Just one last piece of advice: if you plan to play online return ghosts right now. There are only enough people in team deathmatch to find a server and if you wait about 10 minutes you can get into domination too. All the other game modes have less than 100 players during peak hours and most of them have fewer than 10...
