Question Call of Duty Ghosts Disc read error: "deer hunt"

i've installed cod ghosts with latests DLCs and also it is cracked by RGMechanics
when i pass the first mission, in the early video of mission number 2, it crashes and gives me the error i mentioned in title
what should i do?
