Call Of Duty Ghosts Graphics Error

Hey guys, I was playing GHOSTS and suddenly I faced this problem :

Look the Aim Down the Sight area and its all messed up. When I am right clicking, I am not able to see properly.What could be the problem ?

My rig is Core i7 4771 , 16 GB DDR 3 , GTX 760.

How to fix it ?

A messed up texture file? Might require a reinstall. If you have it through steam, try verifying the files.
