I am thinking of getting one of the old call of duty's so anything before ghosts and am seriously considering modern warfare 2 as I used to spend hours on the game on ps3 and would really like to waste some more of my life on it! what do you guys think? and is there anyone that plays modern warfare 2 to know that the servers are still good because I hear there are a few hacked and I really want to level up properly, i was also considering modern warfare 3 as I know it wasn't great but I never played it much, What do you guys think would be the best option!!!!!!

basically any COD that isn't the newest is dead empty.

This is how it works. The current COD is the most played, followed by the one released the year before filled with people claiming it was better. Then the next year the same story. Most played is the new one, only other one played was the year prior.
Nobody plays MW2, BLOBS1, W@W or even Ghosts really. MW2 has long since been dead.

yeah I checked on steam and it says 2000 odd people still play MW2 which I thought was quite a lot! I just don't know what game to go for! I dont think I wanna go for advanced warfare as it just doesn't look like cod to me :/

steam charts says there are more people playing black ops 2 and modern warfare 3 than advanced warfare and around the same playing modern warfare 2?
