Question cam module

Tv is LG LM 620 S.
Hi, i thinking about to put cam module to my tv to turn off sattelite receiver.

But, i cam curious about a couple of things, i will be very happy if someone can answer me.

1. Can i record channels?

2. Can i watch another channel when i record one?

This is my two biggest questions. Thanks.

I suppose by "cam module" you mean "some kind of video recorder".

No, you cannot record anything shown on a TV, with recorder or not. It does not matter which way you watch whatever you watch on the TV - with antennae, satellite receiver, or PC/Laptop/Roku/etc.
