Having trouble with this, been looking everywhere for an actual solution.
Basically I need my CAM software to work so that I can adjust the fan speed profile for my Kraken X62 but from what I understand the Asus Aura on my motherboard is getting in the way. If it comes down to it I can just go without the RGB on the motherboard until there's a proper fix I just really need the controls for my X62 in CAM.

How do I go about fixing this?

Asus z170 Gaming Pro Aura
NZXT Kraken X62
i7-6700k
Windows 10 Pro x64

Aside from a code fix, which, if not present in the latest version of CAM (Make sure you DO have the latest version installed, which is 3.5.50 located here: https://camwebapp.com/download ) is something you'll have to wait for them to get to, there isn't much you can do besides double check that everything is connected correctly. I personally haven't heard about this particular issue so maybe it's just a matter of something not connected properly.

Your best bet is to participate in the CAM forums and throw a fit about it, in a constructive way though. They'll just ignore you if you go in there and start ranting and raving, but they tend to address issues sooner or later when enough people complain.

Lol. Kay, so, I just decided to look into my case again and for some reason I can't explain I didn't have the USB header plugged in for the Kraken lol. I could've sworn I plugged it in. Well all's well that ends well I guess, it's working now and it shows up in CAM like it should.
