Camera in games is not SMOOTH. This happens in all my FP games, like Skyrim, and the Talos Principle, and portal 2 etc.

None of my games are smooth, i even sometimes get frame drops in Rocket League... my CPU is an AMD 9590... and my GPU is an RX 480.. .my temps are good. I have liquid cooling on cpu and my mobo is a 990 FXA UD3 R5... thinking it's probably a faulty card..... cause I have tried all the software related fixes i can think of except for a clean windows install.... otherwise I'm not sure what to do. Anything anyone can think of? The rough performace is getting pretty frustrating... I notice it when turning camera pretty fast. but I try with Vsync on and Vsync off. Same issue either way.

Good idea . I did that to start and it was very good. BUT ithe has b3en a couple months maybe I should check again. Now my frames drop in rocket league to about 50 the odd time. It's not consistent and sometimes will only drop a couple frames but that too is annoying sometimes.

Well I performed the firestrike stress test by 3Dmark and got 99.8 % stability, compared to others at 99.0 and 99.2 etc.. seems to be fine under load. That makes this all more confusing.
