Camera keyboard for disabled

Hello.

One of my friend has physical disability. His left hand is less powerful. But he manages to game by remapping his keyboard with Keytweak. The only problem he faces now is, he can't press all 4 navigation buttons (W/S/A/D) at a time. He's able to press Forward & Backward with his Index Finger and other action buttons with Thumb. So he misses the buttons Left & Right. He asked me if he can use his webcam for these actions. Like, leaning head to the left will press Left or A and leaning head to the right will press Right or D. Is there are any software or something for this?

Probably is something but it's certainly not in general use. When the XBOX Kinect was a thing everyone was talking about, they made some computer interface for it, maybe check into that. Or have your friend talk to a doctor that handles impaired functions of limbs and see what they know about. Maybe try a voice activated thing. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12427/windows-speech-recognition-commands you can do key combinations there.
