Can´t boot PC

So after a long time of none problem using my watercooling on pc broke.
After i bought a new one (noctua NH-U12s) like 4 or 5 days later my computer started to boot slower than normal, sometimes even restarted itself. then later i had to start it with unplugged usbs becouse it started to post debug code D2. after 1 week this computer wont start becouse of error D7 and when i plug any device in it freezes for 5 mins on code 99 than continues during bb and stops at code Ab... wont do anything else

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI X99 godlike gaming
CPU: Intel i7-6800k
RAM: 4x8gb Corsair Vengeance Led
GPU: Nvidia Titan X MSI (maxwell)
Storage: Adata 256GB SSD for windows nothing else connected

Start by looking up those error codes in your motherboard manual. At least they should get you in the right direction to what is wrong.

There is nothing about error codes in manual... and i tried many thing i found on this forum already

Yes there are. MSI will not put a diagnostic display on the motherboard without writing in the manual what it means.
