Did you try to run a hypervisor first before posting?
Windows 10 Pro and Educational offers Hyper-V as the hypervisor for Windows 10, free of charge.

You can find it by doing the following:
- Right click the Windows button
- Select Programs and Features
- Select "Hyper-V"
- press OK

And there you have it.
Try to run it and see if you can make a VM run.
If you...

Motherboard
Manufacturer LENOVO
Version 31900058 STD
Chipset Vendor AMD
Chipset Model K15 IMC
Chipset Revision 00
Southbridge Vendor AMD
Southbridge Model A78 FCH
Southbridge Revision 2.6
System Temperature 36 °C
BIOS
Brand LENOVO
Version I7KT31AUS
Date 5.11.2013

I presume the Lenovo model number is H50-55. It may not be configurable in the BIOS (BIOS info is limited), but how did you determine that it isn't enabled? I checked all available documentation that I could find and nowhere is virtualization mentioned for that family PC.

HYPERVISOR - Hypervisor is present
SVM * Supports AMD hardware-assisted virtualization
NP * Supports AMD nested page tables (SLAT)

Why update the BIOS? It clearly says that virtualization is supported:

HYPERVISOR - Hypervisor is present (a Windows 10 security requirement; otherwise you couldn't install it)
SVM * Supports AMD hardware-assisted virtualization (the system definitely supports it)
NP * Supports AMD nested page tables (SLAT) http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU120AMDRVICPUsHyperVWin8.aspx

What issue are you running into?

I cant find option to enable (or disable ) virtualization in BIOS.

You can't because it makes no sense to offer it when a system is Windows 10 compatible; it always is required. If you could disable it, then the system wouldn't boot. That could cause totally useless support calls which can easily be avoided by not making the option visible or accessible.

But why it says that it is disabled in Speccy. And i cant use VirtualBox.

Solution
Do as Terrorsquad1990 suggested and try to install Hyper-V. Did you post the error that you got to VB support?
