Question Can’t activate windows 10?

Hey guys,

Got a question, and i feel kind of dumb that I can’t solve it, haha.

Little sister got a new laptop. Fresh out the box, it’s showing me that Windows is not activated, and also can’t be activated thru the troubleshooter. There’s a product ID, and Product Key right there, still can’t activate. Giving me error code 0xC004C003.

Yes its connected, it is telling me I dont have a valid digital license or product key.

Contact the seller and/or manufacturer. You should not have to "fix" this.

agreed, you will need to contact the manufacurer of the laptop. with any modern laptop the windows liscence info is put into the systems BIOS so it should still activate without the need to connect to the internet.

if this is a used laptop then thats a different story
