Question Can’t choose between the RTX 2060 or RTX 2070 for my build

Ok so I have about a $1000 pc build budget and my plan was to get the 2070 and the Ryzen 5 but now I’m thinking about getting the 2060 and the Ryzen 7 what would be smarter and better for my budget? (1080p gaming I also edit time to time and I dont care about turning on RTX I’m not going to use it most likely)

If you don't care about RTX then I wouldn't bother with the RTX cards
They are overpriced.

Apart from that I'd even suggest getting a 1070ti and Ryzen 7
