Can’t decide on which monitor to buy!

I am in a tough spot on deciding which monitor to buy! I am between:
HP OMEN 27-1440p, 165hz, TN panel, G Sync, 1ms response.

MSI Optix 27MAGCQ-1440p, 144hz, VA panel, Adaptive Sync, 1ms response time, Curved screen.

My PC specs:
Ryzen 3 1200 (as soon as zen 2 7nm comes out I will buy the 5 version)
MSI 1060 3GB
Samsung 960 Pro m.2
8GB DDR4-2400 (will buy 8GB more when prices drop)
Win10

Both monitors are $399 and I need your help to decide!

The benefit of the HP Omen is G-SYNC which will make the games smoother (plus that 165Hz refresh rate) but the MSI is curved which is supposed to feel more natural to look at.

That said, $400 bucks for a G-SYNC equipped monitor is damn good since most seem to be $700. Although I wouldn't buy an HP monitor personally if I had the choice I would do it because of the G-SYNC as smoother gaming is always preferred.
