Question Can’t detect any graphics cards

I have 2 GPU and both are not being detected by my pc please help

What video cards, and what power supply do you have? Are these new video cards, old ones, used ones, did they work, etc...? Need more details about what is happening and what you tried already if anything. Did you test them in another system to see if the cards are good?
