Question Can’t detect graphics card no signal

Just bought rtx 2060 fans spinning light up no signal and not in device manger.
Intel core i5 4690k
Crucial 4x4 ddr3
Msi z97-g45

Stupid question but did you plug your monitor into the card or motherboard output?

Secondly what power supply do you have? Make and Model.

Yes plugged into gpu also thermaltakd litepower 750w

Uninstall all driver currently on your computer using a program called DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Then restart the computer with the card installed and if you get picture, download and install the latest driver from Nvidia for your card.

I have used DDU before for it don’t think it worked but I’ll try again

Without testing either the card in another computer or another card in yours I dont know what to tell you. It is possible you got a faulty card.

I will say your PSU is pretty low on the PSU quality list, so it could entirely be that as well.

I have defected the card and it said it works perfect I have an old 750ti that’s not working now either when testing
