hello everyone. i searched everything and didnt find the answer. so i want to ask you.

yesterday, my computer case was so dirty. i decided to clean my case and coolers. i did. then i cleaned the old thermal paste and put new paste. Then i cleaned HDD and 2 x SSD place. then eject ssd’s and hdd’s cable and attach them back.

then start my computer and i see Asus rog bios screen.

fast boot is enabled,
csm is enabled,
secure boot is enabled (unable to change this)

i load optimized defaults and didnt work. changed fast boot and csm and didnt work.

i see my 2 ssd. one of them has Windows 10 and other has Linux.

lastly i eject bios pill [battery?] on motherboard and attach it back. didnt work. i stuck and dont know what to do. thank you

Without you listing the exact model of your MoBo, it's hard to suggest what to do.

However, modern MoBos have a feature built in where when they don't detect storage drive with bootable OS, they automatically go into BIOS.

Here, i'd remove all drives from PC and plug only the one with Linux on it. Then, from BIOS, making sure that this specific drive has the 1st priority in boot order. Once you get into your Linux, then you can move forward from there, by plugging the rest of storage drives in.

thank you to reply to my topic. my motherboard is asus rog z270e.

i didnt find what is the problem but in my opinion if i disable my secure boot, the problem will be end. i watched some youtube videos, they say give administrator password to bios, then secure boot will be unlocked. i did, never changed. i cannot exit bios.
