Can’t get thermaltake downdraft cooler off

I have a Thermaltake CLP0556 on my computer. Was on it when I bought the motherboard used. The spring loaded screws on the top of the cooler won’t budge. Someone pls help.

If they are stripped, try using these methods: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/How+to+Remove+a+Stripped+Screw/13213

If they aren't stripped yet, then you probably just need a screwdriver that can provide a bit more torque.
