When I try to install windows to my new PC it brings up a black screen with a white flashing line/cursor. I only have windows installation media on the usb I am using

I downloaded the windows installation media off of another computer.
Specs:

B450-F Gaming II
Ryzen 5 5600g
240gb SSD
16gb 3200mhz ram

i haven’t used it in a while but when I last used it on a new computer it worked normally
