This question is for my boss. She has a go laptop that only has 32gb of storage and it’s full. Because it’s full it won’t let her print things. The computer doesn’t have extra crap on it like videos and pictures. It’s strictly used as printing orders for her business off of gmail. I’m tried to clear space and it doesn’t help. Is there some way to use a flash drive or something to let her print? Everytime it shows the storage is full it won’t print but if there is 4mb left it will print. I don’t want to tell her to buy a new laptop if there is a way to fix it. Thanks!

She really needs a new system.

If only for printing, you can almost certainly get by with something under $200.
How much time and effort is it going to cost trying to make this unsuitable system do what she needs? More than $200.

  1. But...a flash drive or microSD card, and move some things OFF the tiny 32GB drive.
  2. Turn off hibernation
  3. Reduce the pagefile settings to 1GB min/max

2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC drive.

Totally unsuitable for actual office work.

Dell Outlet and BestBuy Outlet have several systems that are under $200, that will serve a lot better.
Still small and slow, but better than that HP.

You've already blown more than $200 in workplace productivity.

I feel like this would fit her basic needs. 128gb would be plenty I’d imagine. Thoughts? https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-1...128gb-emmc-star-black/6469400.p?skuId=6469400
