Can’t run dual channel

I cannot seem to get my computer to past POST when I have two ram sticks installed in A2 and B2. I am super confused. I have XMP enabled but when I boot the PC it does not enter the profile. My motherboard is the MSI MPG z390 Pro Carbon. (Non AC) My memory is the Corsair vengeance 16gb (8gb X2) at 3000mhz. I cannot get it to post two ram sticks. One works fine. There is no bent socket pins

Just RMA it to get a replacement.

I really don’t want to go through all that hassle. I’ve already had to rma a board. Can I just run it in A1 A2 to get the full 16gb? Dual channel never works for me.

Nope, you need to put them is A1 B1 or A2 B2 to get 16 gb working.
